How to Make Order and Deliver Oriflame Products

Oriflame Beauty products are sold exclusively through our independent Consultants.

You can order products in two different ways: 

 Become an Oriflame Consultant:

Maybe you only want to order products for yourself and your family or start selling our products to others, you can register to become a Consultant and get 23%-40% discount on the catalogue prices. 

 Become a customer:
             
As a customer you can place your order through one of our many Consultants. They will be able to give you advice, show product samples and answer your questions  about our products and how to use them.

HOW TO PAY FOR ORDERS


As a Consultant, your payment must reach us within 72 hours from placing an order.
Currently, we do not provide any facility to do the payment directly from the website.

There are several ways to make a payment:

In the Service Centre
Credit/debit card  – NGN 50 service fee. You pay in the Service Center and get an invoice. 

Transfer into Our Bank Account
Mobile transfer – No fee
Instant (Internet) Bank transfer – No fee. Pay through your bank account
Cash deposit at any Bank – No fee. 
Cheque payment at any Bank – No fee (two working days)
Use your atm to make payment online ( no extra fee)
GTB cheque to GTB Oriflame – No fee (same day)

Required Information (as reference or depositor’s name):
    You must put either:
  • Your first name + consultant number
  • Your surname + consultant number  
  • Always quote the number and name of the consultant to whom the order belongs to

After doing the payment, please send sms text to 08182441412 with below content:
[Payment date]
[Your consultant number]
[First name]
[Amount of payment]

Note: 

- Oriflame only treats payment when it is confirmed in our account
- For all orders below NGN 10,000 consultant price (or 100 BP) there is a NGN 100 handling fee added to

 Delivery time and cost


All orders are to be picked up from the Oriflame Lagos Service Centre at 43 Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, Lagos.
If you don’t pick up your order personally you must let us know in advance.
If you place your order and payment has reached us before 12 pm (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) in-stock items are delivered
to our Service Centre in the following morning.
Subsequently, if payment is confirmed by us between 12 pm – 5 pm, the order can be picked up from our Service Centre the following day
from 2pm.

Terms of Delivery

 - Proof of payment (invoice if paid in Service Centre) must be presented to the dispatcher

- If you don’t pick up your order within 72 hours, it is send back to the warehouse and you are charged a NGN 100 fee.
Just a gentle reminder, these are the steps on how to place orders ONLINE:
You don’t have to worry about the long queue at the Service Center to make the order and do the payment.
You could EASILY follow below steps:

1.      Place your order ONLINE, through Oriflame nigeria info
2.      Do the payment through the bank (online or offline). For more info, Call or whatsapp 08161333339
3.      Collect the products at the Service Centre on the next day (24hr) or choose home delivery



1.     Go to the Oriflame Nigeria Website and Register Now!!



2.     After you finish the registration, put your consultant code and your password on the login box. If it is your first time logging in, get the password in your email by clicking ‘forgot password’



3.     You will receive the Password Reminder email, and use those credential to login to the website



4.     After logging in successfully, browse for the product you want. Each product have codes attached  copy  (that is what u need to order for each product).





5.      Click ‘quick order'  and follow further instructions
